2、电气系统主要元件选用日本欧姆龙Omron和法国施耐德Flender等世界知名品牌。
3、有楼面内爬和电梯井内爬两种内爬方式供选择。
4、回转机构为常闭制动方式：即除回转马达通油外，其余工况回转制动器均闭合，整机不能旋转，布料臂固定不动，杜绝干涉碰撞。
5、有无线遥控、有线遥控两种操作方式。
6、安全性高：具有多重安全保护装置。
7、使用费用低：输送弯管为精密铸造，壁厚为曲线成型，确保磨损均匀，提高使用寿命。
8、布料机主要结构件使用的材料为Q235B和Q345B，对应NF A标准的E24和E36。
9、装运时，可将整机分解为几个大部件，其重量及几何尺寸大致如下（总重约21T）。
