Based on its powerful R & D strength and over forty-years experience in R & D, Zoomlion has placed its position in a leading position among the construction machinery industries in China. Zoomlion has played the role as the window of introduction of the foreign advance technology in China. Zoomlion has a large R&D team. There are more than 380 veteran engineers who are working in our R&D center. The R&D center of Zoomlion consists of four kinds of Production Research Institutes. There are 137 persons who are working as senior technical experts in R&D center. There are seven young or mid-age experts who have been granted the honor of significant contribution by both the local and the central government. There are 17 experts who have been enjoying special subsidiary provided by the state council. There are excellent academic atmosphere, excellent research environment and fruitful innovative and incentive mechanism in our R&D center that has been helping to bring up numerous professionals in Zoomlion. Zoomlion was authorized to set up a nation-level post-doctoral working station by the national personal Ministry.
